COURSE OBJECTIVES :

  • To develop participants awareness of the stakes involved in international trade and the choices that companies must make in their development
  • To aid participants acquire a technical knowledge of the issues related to international trade
  • To develop students awareness of the different types of international development as well as the risks involved

  • Types of international  development : joint ventures &international contracts
  • Analysis of International Structures and Organizations prevailing in the International Trade Management
  • From Commercial Contract to International Alliances. The various levels of international development for companies
  • An approach to inter/multi and plurinational management
  • Completion of an international joint venture project
  • Preparation and completion of a cross cultural negotiation
