How and where do I need to register at the University of Applied Sciences Deggendorf?

Foreign students who wish to study at the University of Applied Sciences Deggendorf need to be announced to the International Office of the university.

Therefore, foreign students should send:
Application Form for Exchange Students from your home institution
2 passport-size photographs
Curriculum vitae
Copy of passport
Declaration of Living Expenses (download PDF-document here !)
The foreigner registration office of the town Deggendorf requires every foreign student and scholarship holder to give this declaration. It is a form showing you are able to pay your living expenses yourself and do not need a scholarship of the University of Applied Sciences Deggendorf.
The student should keep this declaration with him/her until his /her registration in the foreigner registration office in Deggendorf. Please do not send it to University of Applied Sciences Deggendorf but take it with you to Deggendorf.

These form should be returned, completed and signed, to the above mentioned office before the application deadline:

JUNE 15, 2007 FOR THE WINTER SEMESTER

However, the sooner you send your documents, the more chance you have of being able to rent a room in the dormitory! See housing for more information.

Once the International Office has received all documents, the registration procedure will start. (see enrolment for more information)

Don’t forget to look for the VISA requirements and the residence permit (Various information) and for the housing procedure (Housing).
