The services of the Academy include: organizing high-quality study process, publishing scientific material and textbooks, conducting scientific and applied research, taking part in the international projects. Every year the Academy publishes textbooks of different subjects written by the Academy teaching staff. The articles written by our teachers are published in the internationally recognized magazines. AMB offers a unique methodology of study, friendly relations between students, lecturers and administration, an accumulative knowledge and the experience which lead to self-development, an impressive career, honor, respect and financial independence.

The Academy recognizes the importance of Partnership Development with scientific, business and employer’s institutions. The Academy’s partners include Lithuanian colleges and universities, and local enterprise companies. We work together in order to share and develop best practice approaches that facilitate student progression. In cooperation with these partners the study programs are constantly updated and the Academy is rapidly developing. The administration and teaching staff seek to create an attractive study environment and culture in which the student would be the central figure. The Academy is friendly and welcoming with the facilities contained on one building close to the city center. Along with Student Services, International Office and administration, we ensure an access to superb support academically, socially and personally throughout students’ studies time. Academy of Management & Business started participating in the Socrates/Erasmus program when it was granted the status of a higher education institution in 2000. Since 2000, the Academy expands its partner institutions in different European countries. The Academy makes use of the learning agreement and the transcript of records. Since 2005, the Academy actively participates in the international project RIBA (Raising International Business Awareness – www.riba.eu.com) where seven different partner schools (Arteveldehogeschool, The Satakunta University of Applied Sciences, UAS Deggendorf, Hogeschool Rotterdam, DEU, IDRAC and Academy of Management & Business) aim at the joint creation of 7 modules in English, which is selectively embedded in the curriculum of each of the participating partners. The modules deal with the business related matters in a broader European/international and country specific context. The advantage of the RIBA project is that students from seven partner schools can choose in which school to spend one semester. Students are acquainted with the module. As a result of this, the studies abroad are more effective.   Academy of Management & Business invites foreigners to join an innovative and very successful RIBA module which combines a creative fusion of business, technology, culture and personality. Meet a new culture, find good friends, see other places, become self-confident and bring nice memories! We teach you to be flexible, creative and innovative business leaders, to exchange ideas, to enhance learning methods, to respect traditions and habits of other countries. RIBA module in 2008 gathered foreigners from the Netherlands, Belgium, Slovakia, Turkey, Poland, France, Czech Republic and Lithuania.   We are focusing on developing partnerships and promoting mutually beneficial exchange in an educational sense: staff and student exchange, e-learning-distance learning, project development, an application European processing programs, joint course development under Erasmus program.

The Academy is interested in finding new partner institutions, establishing international co-operation to carry out joint projects, conduct applied research and exchange students and staff members.
